HAT is a great trader, and is trending upward. In otherwords, buying this stock on dips and selling on peaks while building a core position is the strategy we would employ. We believe HAT is a take over target in the making, and we want some in our portfolio at all times; however the volatility begs for smart position building while taking profit along the way. Greetings penny stock traders,
* TerreStar (TSTR-Nasdaq, 0.75) was a quick win for us! We profiled it on 02/03 at 0.65; shares traded up to 0.89 intra-day to clock a 37% win for Penny Stock Rockets! It looks as if investors are starting to take notice as the company continues to push ahead with its turnaround efforts.
* Human Genome Sciences (HGSI-Nasdaq, $2.44), running up the charts once again. We profiled HGSI at $2.43, it took a little slide, and is inching up today. Worth keeping a close eye on, as the company has recently sold its first batch of product to the U.S. Strategic National Stockpile for approx $150 million, with more orders expected in the pipeline. This could be a huge winner for Penny Stock Rockets!
* Vior Exploration (VIO-TSX Venture, 0.06), slowly inching upwards, it is now bid 0.06 under steady accumulation pressure. VIO has over 2 million ounces of gold under development, and should be an easy double or triple if gold continues pushing higher.

* Human Genome Sciences (HGSI-Nasdaq, Quote, http://www.hgsi.com) Human Genome has several projects underway, one of which has recently caught the markets attention with an announcement of it’s first shipment of ABthrax, a treatment for anthrax inhalation, to the U.S. Strategic National Stockpile. The shipment of 20,000 doses is expected to bring in approximately $150 Million in revenue. HGSI has several other products in late stage development, and a promising mid-stage pipeline trial underway (see web site for details). Additionally, the company has substantial financial rights to a number of products being developed by GlaxoSmithKline. This first break-through announcement is sure to be followed up by others, giving investors reason to send share prices much higher.
* TerreStar Networks (TSTR-Nasdaq, Quote, http://www.terrestar.com) TerreStar is developing a unique, secure satellite communications device to be used in voice, data and video services around the globe. The company has had its share of problems, as witnessed in the deterioration of its share price. From a 52 week high of $6.55, it has been reduced to penny stock status, however we feel it is a hot penny stock to be watched closely as they continue to progress in the development and marketing of their handset.
* Vior Mining (VIO-TSX Venture, Quote, http://www.vior.ca) This Canadian junior resource penny stock holds a vast array of precious metal (gold and silver) projects in Quebec, Canada. As the price of gold continues to flirt with the $1,000 level, gold penny stocks are poised to break into a spectacular bull run, specifically those gold junior companies with significant deposits. VIO has a significant 2.15 million ounces in the measured, indicated and inferred category, under development. At only 0.055, we see significant upside to VIO as they advance their gold project.

* ChinaYouTV (CYTV-OTC BB, http://www.chinayoutv.com) China’s answer to YouTube, CYTV is attempting to bring the video viewing/sharing and social networking concept to China in a big way. The stock has suffered fits and starts during a period of non news, and CYTV is once again trying to break out.
* Golden Eagle International (MYNG-OTC BB, http://www.geii.com/index.php) Golden Eagle is in the process of developing, and bringing to production, existing gold and copper mines in Bolivia. With recent political issues in Bolivia, the stock has been in a steady decline, however there is renewed interest as the past 2 trading sessions produced over 32 million shares traded. They seem to be on the verge of proceeding with opening the 4000 tpd operation, with a break out in the stock underway today.
* Gold Hawk Resources (CGK-TSX Venture, http://www.goldhawkresources.com/en/index.php) CGK ran into financial trouble last year, thus creating a massive drawn out sell down of the stock. It had a 52 week high of 0.52, and traded as low as 0.02. With today’s announcement of a successful restructuring of its outstanding loan, the stock is fired up once again. This could be the start of a new uptrend.
