Good morning,
* Maya Gold & Silver (MYA-TSXv, 0.27, Market Cap $4.5mm, http://www.mayagoldsilver.com , 52wk Hi/Lo 0.31/0.10) Maya launched its IPO in July 2008, raising $2 million by issuing 8 million shares at 0.25, and closed another smaller private placement at 0.25/share in October. The company is exploring promising gold and silver properties in Mexico. The shares have recently come off the 52 week low on higher than average volume.
* 20-20 Technologies (TWT-TSX, 0.95, M/C $17.9mm, http://www.2020technologies.com, 52wk Hi/Lo $6.85/$0.86) 20-20 Technologies Inc. is the world’s leading provider of computer-aided design, sales software and manufacturing for the interior design industry. They base their business model on the worldwide use of a single software platform across both the residential and commercial interior design markets – and across all environments, desktop and web. Economic slowdown has affected the stock, however a turnaround is in progress. Financials TBA January 29. Stock has come off the bottom on higher than average volume.
* Energy Bull 3X ETF (ERX-NYSE, $36.85, http://www.direxionfunds.com) Traders may want to take note of this very volatile Exchange Traded Fund. ERX is an oil and gas equity vehicle which is triple leveraged, meaning it moves strong in either direction depending on the movement of the price of oil. Buying on dips and selling shortly after may prove to be successful. It is also a great investment for those expecting longer term appreciation in the price of oil.
Until next time,
Penny Stock Rockets.
